Silver Alert Issued for Missing 79-Year-Old Man in San Jos
The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Monday morning for a 79-year-old man who went missing Sunday night in the South Bay area.
Authorities say Simeon Calura
, 79, was last seen around 8:30 p.m. near Brodie and Swallow drives in San Jose. Officials believe he may be traveling on foot.
Calura is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing a green camouflage hooded sweatshirt, green pajama pants, and slippers.
Police are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact authorities immediately. Silver Alerts are typically issued to help locate missing seniors or individuals with cognitive impairments, where their safety may be at risk. 🚨
